This machine is used after the fabric finished dipping in the process fluid, used as a open-width ironer. Remove excessive water in the fabric and control the water content of the fabric by adjusting the roll pressure and running speed.
Equipped with two main tanks . The fabric after twice soaked and rolled with liquid uniformity.
The tank is designed with interlayer and inlet steam to the tank to control the process temperature of chemical liquid.
The front and back of the padder can be online with other machine with speed match to realize continuous production and improve production efficiency.
Equipped with photoelectric centring device to avoid fabric skewed and folded when through the roll.
