Direct drying inside machine with short time
Wet finishing combined with direct drying inside,make initial water-squeezing,without taking out the wet fabric from machine.Wind flow make the heated-air penetrate the fabric and expel wet air in time,shorten the dringleadtime.
Environment friendly and energy saving
Cycle preparation tank and inner roller device,without dehydration outside tank,this system can recycle use the soap liquid or other assitant,also can shorten the drying time.Assistant and lotion been sprayed on fabric through forced cycle,with efficient washing.Compared with the traditional process,washing time shortened by 70%,water saved by 50% for washing 1ton of fabric,steam consumption reduced by 30% maximum.with two airflow passages,reduce the wind drag and save electricity.

The wool fabric have a preliminary milling function through bumping,so subsequent milling process will be easier,can reduce 30% milling time; for the reason of the twist of the yarn is reduced,so it is easier to fuzzing,will decreased 1-2 times fuzzing.
